My name is Maria and I'm a drifter—not in the usual sense, but because I'm the type of soul that is curious and eager to try new things. I don't stay put for very long, but when I do, I immerse myself in the experience and put pen to paper. I have an MFA in Creative Writing and spend my days teaching high school English, adjunct college courses, and most importantly, being a mommy to one precious little girl.
